Placements at DINA are handled professionally, with faculty responsible for maintaining close and healthy interaction with corporates, for internships and final placements. As many as fifteen of our students have bagged paid Internships in US. This is an achievement which places us at the first place in the league of premiere Institutes.

Industrial (On-the-Job) Training / Internship
In addition to completing their theoretical & simulated practical training at the Institute, students are also required to undertake on-the-job industrial work experience at selected establishments. If the industrial training is outside Pune, students are required to make their own transport, accommodation and other miscellaneous arrangements directly and at their own costs.

The well-planned and comprehensive on-the-job industrial training / internship and work experience is essential for a well-rounded education, enabling the students to relate to their theoretical and simulated training with the live realities of operations in industry.

Students undergo their on-the-job training at the establishments approved by the Institute and requests for changes are not entertained, unless warranted in extreme situations. Students must note that it is their academic performance, projects, discipline, attendance, temperament, attitude & overall personality that would determine the type of organisation that they would be placed in both for their on-the-job training / internship as also final job placements.

DINA Institute & DBS have a critical arm for its industry relations via its Corporate Relations Cell, or commonly known as its CRC. The functions of the CRC include vibrant and regular interactions with industry & corporates across India & the world. The CRC facilitates internships & placements for students of DINA Institute, both in India, and around the world. The CRC is constantly in touch with industry and has requirements from corporates for job opening for its graduates from time to time.

The CRC is also actively engaged in enhancing the program curriculum at DINA Institute for all programs offered, and also in arranged Guest & Special Lectures, both with Indian & top Global corporate managers, vice presidents, and even CEO's & MD's of prominent corporations.

The CMP, integrated into the curriculum, is designed to equip students with skills, knowledge & contacts to manage their careers effectively. The program includes self assessment & career goal identification, personality development program (PDP) module, entrepreneurship module, networking & job identification, thereby leading to not just a satisfactory placement, but also great career management thereafter. What's more, our doors are always for all alumni of DINA Institute for career advice, even after you pass out from our program.
